Terminology

I like the word "bootstrapping" but for people not inclined towards Science Fiction or computers, we can also use "Technological uplift" (derived from "Biological Uplift"). I would choose "Computer uplift" or "IT uplift" since the goal is not only related to computers/IT but technology more globally. There is one "problem" left: these terms do not directly imply an exchange (boostrappers/uplifters also learning from bootstrapped/uplifted).
